Terms and conditions

By using MCcopado you accept these terms. If you do not agree, you may not use the platform.

1. Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure. One account per person; do not share passwords. We may suspend accounts showing suspicious activity.

2. Purchases

• Physical products: shipping times and costs are visible before payment.
• Digital products: immediate access once payment is confirmed.
• Services: specific cancellation conditions on the service page.
• Communities: access to the MCcopado Teams space according to the membership tier.

3. Sellers

Sellers are responsible for the quality and accurate description of their products. MCcopado retains an 8% commission on each net sale. Seller payouts follow the cycle configured in the panel.

4. Affiliates

Any user can generate affiliate links for eligible products. Referral commissions are attributed via a 30-day cookie starting from the first click. Payouts go to a USD wallet (convertible to local currency on withdrawal).

5. Returns and refunds

• Defective physical products: 7 days to report; refund or replacement.
• Digital products not downloaded: refund within 24 hours.
• Services: see the seller's specific policy.

6. Prohibited conduct

• Illegal or counterfeit products, or products infringing third-party rights.
• Review manipulation, affiliate self-clicking, payment fraud.
• Harassment, discrimination, or offensive content on MCcopado Teams.

7. Limitation of liability

MCcopado is not liable for indirect damages arising from the use of the platform. Maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for the affected transaction.

8. Jurisdiction

Ecuador. Any dispute is resolved in the courts of the company's home city.

9. Changes

We may update these terms. We will notify you by email, and the update date above will change.
