Buying
How do I buy on MCcopado?
Browse the catalog, add what you like to the cart and finish at checkout. Physical products need a shipping address; digital goods, services and memberships do not. You pay with the methods enabled for your country and get a confirmation email.
What product types exist?
Four: physical (shipped to your door), digital (courses, ebooks and licenses with immediate access after payment), services (delivery coordinated with the seller) and memberships (access to communities on MCcopado Teams).
How do I track my order?
In My account → Purchases you can see the status of every order. Physical products include shipment tracking once the seller dispatches them; digital goods and memberships activate as soon as payment is confirmed.
Can I cancel or return a purchase?
Yes, depending on the case: defective physical products can be reported within 7 days (refund or replacement); digital products not downloaded, refund within 24 hours; services follow the seller's policy. Orders pending phone payment confirmation cancel automatically after 24 hours if payment is not confirmed, at no charge. Full details in the Terms and conditions.
What are favorites?
Tap the heart on any product to save it. Your list lives in Favorites — on mobile it is one tap away in the bottom bar.
Payments
Which payment methods are available in my country?
Methods are enabled per country: in Ecuador you pay with PayPhone (credit/debit card or PayPhone balance) and in Argentina with Mercado Pago. You can also use your MCcopado wallet balance.
Which currency do I see and pay in?
Your local currency: US dollars in Ecuador, pesos in Argentina, and so on for the country you have selected. The price you see before confirming is exactly what you are charged.
Is paying by card safe?
Yes. MCcopado does not store card numbers: the payment provider tokenizes and stores them under its own security standards (PCI DSS). We only keep the transaction history.
Who invoices my purchase and what about taxes?
Each seller is responsible for the tax obligations arising from their sales; MCcopado issues a receipt only for its intermediation service commission. More detail in the Terms and conditions.
Sellers
How do I start selling?
Create your brand profile from My account: name, logo and your brand story. Then publish your products — physical, digital, services or memberships — and they go live in the catalog.
How much does MCcopado charge for selling?
An 8% commission on the net sale for the intermediation service, plus the affiliate percentage you choose to offer so others promote your products. The rest is yours.
How and when do I get paid for my sales?
Your earnings are credited to your MCcopado wallet and you withdraw them to your local bank account from the panel. Withdrawals may have a short holding period before processing.
How does the affiliate program work?
Any user can generate an affiliate link for eligible products. If someone buys through your link (30-day cookie attribution), you earn the commission set by the seller, credited to your USD wallet.
What is the referral program?
Invite friends with your referral link: when they sign up and buy, you earn a bonus in your wallet. Current conditions are on the referrals page.
Account
Do I need an account to buy?
Yes. You can sign up with email and password or log in with your Google account in one click. Your account gives you purchase history, favorites, a wallet and affiliate links.
